## Description

We are seeking a Product Director - Finance Data to join our team at Capital One. As a Product Director, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of the Finance data ecosystem. You will lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organisational alignment.

The Finance Data North Star is a horizontal product team charged with building data capabilities that empower Finance to produce, consume, and manage data throughout the data lifecycle.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas:

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:

- Cambridge, MA: $230,400 - $263,000

- McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000

- Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
