## Description

Wise is seeking a KYC Operations Senior Analyst to join the Tallinn Senior Management Approval team, focusing on night shifts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring Wise adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Review and assess high-risk customer reports to provide analysis and approval according to set policies and procedures.

- Analyse customer transaction history to identify potential risks and behaviour patterns.

- Conduct in-depth analysis using provided documentation and external sources to ensure customers are within risk appetite.

- Communicate with internal teams to handle escalated cases and provide guidance on high-risk approval matters.

- Maintain a high understanding of AML/CFT regulations and their impact on the business.

- Participate in projects related to SMA Team processes and guidelines, and contribute to policy updates and training materials.

- Mentor and support Senior Management Approval Analysts.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in EDD, AML, or a similar financial crime compliance role.

- Good understanding of regulatory frameworks surrounding customer verification.

- Excellent verbal and written English skills; additional language skills are a plus.

- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to have:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

- Certifications: ICA, CAMS, or equivalent EDD/AML-focused certifications.

We offer:

- Salary: 2400 - 2850 EUR gross/month

- Stock options to be reviewed at offer stage

- Night shift premium: 1.25x base salary for hours worked between 22:00–06:00
