## Description

The Sales and Artistry Coordinator is responsible for representing Charlotte Tilbury in the industry through sales, education, and artistry for a large multi-retailer territory.

Responsibilities:

- Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed plan

- Determine individual and team sales targets

- Communicate agreed targets and work with direct reports to identify and deliver sales objectives

- Identify and execute key and incremental Eventing opportunities

- Inspire and motivate CT door teams to drive sales

- Analyze business performance and proactively suggest improvement opportunities

- Lead by example at all times to promote exceptional customer service

- Identify ways to improve Charlotte Tilbury service extending through retail employees

- Manage customer queries and provide training and development

- Drive the omni journey by promoting Charlottetilbury.com and Virtual Services

- Proactively use the Retailer customer database for direct clientele opportunities

- Create a positive, cohesive, cooperative team culture in store

- Implement door development plans and schedule support

- Ensure that the counter is ‘customer ready’ from open to close of business

- Maintain the required inventory levels and accurate stock files

- Control store expenses within budget guidelines

- Implement visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement

- Establish and develop a cooperative and mutually respectful relationship with the entire store team

Requirements:

- 2+ years of Beauty industry experience

- 2+ years of Beauty retail management

- Intermediate skills in MS Office

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills

- Ability to influence others

- Excellent communicator, both written and oral

- Demonstrated ability in creating sales strategy and consistently achieving sales plan

- Demonstrated success in developing winning teams

- Must possess strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills

- Must be able to create winning partnerships with retailers
