## Description

We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our team at HSBC Qianhai Securities Limited, a joint venture securities company. As a Product Specialist, you will set the strategic direction of investment and wealth solutions for clients, provide investment support and guidance, develop comprehensive investment strategies, and coordinate with relevant departments.

Responsibilities:

- Set the strategic direction of investment and wealth solutions for clients

- Provide investment support, education, and guidance to external clients, prospects, and Investment Counsellors

- Develop comprehensive investment strategies and asset allocation proposals

- Coordinate execution with appropriate products and services

- Provide input and support for new business initiatives and product enhancements

- Manage the life cycle of onboarded products/services

- Provide regular updates on investment opportunities to clients, prospects, and Investment Counsellors

- Coordinate with relevant departments to complete policy and procedure write-ups

- Other projects or initiatives assigned by line manager

Requirements:

- Master's degree and/or CFA

- Minimum 7 years' experience in a product-related role in financial institutions

- Minimum 5 years' experience in securities houses

- SAC qualifications, especially Investment Advisory Qualification

- Good business acumen with understanding of securities house businesses

- Extensive knowledge of wealth management business and competitive and regulatory environment

- Highly independent and a good team player

- Strong analytical skill with strategic thinking ability and good project management skills

- Client-focused, with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

- Fluent in both English and Chinese, writing and speaking
