## Description

Anthropic's go-to-market organisation is growing rapidly, and priorities often cut across multiple teams. We're seeking a strategic program manager to lead initiatives end-to-end, driving solutions from strategy to results.

You will own a portfolio of strategic GTM programs, acting as a thought partner to Sales and GTM leaders, identifying and prioritising key initiatives. Your responsibilities include:

- Developing and driving cross-functional programs from scoping to launch and iteration

- Collaborating with senior executives and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and more

- Analysing problems, designing solutions, and managing change to ensure program adoption

- Using AI tools daily to analyse, model, and build faster

- Creating templates, cadences, and reporting for future program launches

The ideal candidate has experience leading complex cross-functional programs, turning ambiguous problems into clear recommendations, and driving initiatives to completion. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
