## Description

At Wolt, we're building a robust, scalable, and intelligent finance systems ecosystem as part of our growth journey with DoorDash. As our next Finance Systems Development Manager, you'll act as an architect of our finance systems landscape, centred around NetSuite ERP.

You will:

- Own and architect Wolt's finance systems environment, focusing on our Multi-Subsidiary NetSuite solution

- Define and drive the system architecture and development roadmap for scalability across markets

- Design and oversee end-to-end solutions, including integrations and system structure

- Analyse, control, and improve system performance and process efficiency

- Lead customizations, scripts, and workflows aligned with business and compliance needs

- Coordinate development, maintenance, and support activities with internal teams and external partners

- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable system solutions

- Identify and drive automation and improvement opportunities, including emerging technologies like AI

- Ensure system governance, documentation, and best practices

- Support system testing, integration efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Strong experience with NetSuite technical development and solution design

- Proven track record in a role combining systems ownership, architecture, and hands-on development

- Solid experience with SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, and integrations

- Experience managing complex, multi-entity/multi-country ERP environments

- Strong understanding of system processes, data flows, and integration patterns

- Ability to communicate clearly with technical stakeholders and finance end-users

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with SuiteTax and global tax configurations

- Familiarity with applying AI or automation in finance systems

- Background in core finance processes

- Experience in data-intensive or high-volume environments
