## Description

Leidos' Defense Systems Electronic Manufacturing Facility is seeking a 2nd Shift Conformal Coating Lab Manager to join the team at the Electronics Manufacturing Facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the 2nd Shift technician team that completes conformal coating on Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA's).

**Primary Responsibilities**

- Day-to-day management responsibilities of 2nd Shift PCBA conformal coating operations

- Managing the 2nd Shift team in the PCBA lab, including press fit, selective solder, and other PCBA processes

- Communicating with project teams and production control to provide updates on schedule and cost

- Providing employee feedback and handling disciplinary matters

- Reviewing and approving timesheets and verifying accuracy

- Enforcing company policies as applicable

- Engaging with peers to share best practices

- Maintaining 5S best practices in the lab

**Basic Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or a Master's with 2-6 years of prior relevant work experience

- Strong experience working with teams

- Ability to multitask and meet multiple objectives over similar time periods

- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours daily and lift up to 20 pounds

- MES (Solumina or Aegis) Build Tracking experience

- Basic computer skills associated with assembly tasks

- Must be a US citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance OR meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Current or prior certification in J-STD-001 Knowledge of PCBA conformal coating processes

- Experience leading a team

- Experience working 2nd shift

- MES (Solumina or Aegis) Build Tracking experience

The pay range for this job is $73,450.00 - $132,775.00.
