## Description

Join HSBC as an Associate Director, Repo Sales - Markets & Securities Services. You will deepen relationships with senior client decision-makers, develop client insight, and engage on strategies including liquidity, funding, collateral, and capital optimisation.

Responsibilities:

- Client Coverage: Develop deep client insight, engaging on strategies including liquidity, funding, collateral, and capital optimisation.

- Revenue Generation & Wallet Share: Grow revenue and wallet share by positioning HSBC as a leading repo provider.

- Product & Market Expertise: Advise clients with strategic/tactical repo insights and deliver structured solutions.

- Innovation & Digital: Champion digital migration and automation across allocations, settlement, and collateral/margin workflows.

- People & Leadership: Own performance against targets, lead inclusively, and coach and develop juniors.

- Strategy: Help shape and implement the team’s vision and client/sales strategy.

- Risk, Conduct & Control: Deliver fair customer outcomes and maintain market integrity.

Requirements:

- Proven institutional sales leadership experience within Markets and/or Securities Services.

- Strong institutional client coverage capability.

- Deep product and markets knowledge relevant to MSS and institutional clients.

- Strong understanding of risk, conduct, and control expectations.

- Demonstrated matrix leadership and collaboration skills.

- People leadership strength, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
