## Description

The Senior Credit Analyst - Structured Finance role involves evaluating the credit risk of securitized products, such as Residential Mortgage (RMBS) and Auto and Equipment (ABS) transactions. You will lead end-to-end analytical execution for new issue RMBS and ABS transactions, including detailed review of legal and operating documents for compliance with criteria and identification of structural issues.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading analytical execution for new issue RMBS and ABS transactions

- Conducting due diligence meetings with issuers and managing relationships with issuers, intermediaries, and investors

- Synthesizing complex analysis into executive-ready, market-facing narratives

- Ensuring adherence to methodology, confidentiality, and data governance requirements

- Embedding responsible AI use in workflows and contributing to the design and scaling of controlled automation and agentic workflow solutions

The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and cash flow analysis

- Demonstrated credit and financial analysis skills

- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Practical AI fluency, with experience embedding generative AI and large language model tools into analytical workflows
