Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We're looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Operate in a high-demand environment, providing excellent customer service during busy periods

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, balancing speed and accuracy

- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues and working as a team player

- Adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience

The ideal candidate will be digitally confident, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Work Pattern:**

- Monday: 12:30-20:30

- Wednesday: 10:00-18:00

- Friday: 09:00-17:00

- Saturday: 13:30-21:30
