## Description

FBS – Farmer Business Services is part of Farmers operations with the purpose of building a global approach to identifying, recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.

The Farmers Direct Tech Team supports the technical infrastructure and data operations of the Farmers Direct Business Unit. The team is responsible for architecting and maintaining scalable MarTech solutions, with a focus on data integration, customer journey orchestration, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities:

- Implement and optimize a MarTech data flow pattern

- Implement real-time and batch data ingestion strategies

- Manage customer event tracking and identity resolution within Segment

- Orchestrate personalized marketing campaigns in Braze using dynamic segmentation and behavioral triggers

- Ensure data integrity and feedback loops from Braze back into Snowflake via Segment

- Automate data transformations and enrichment using scripting languages

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues across platforms

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience working with Python and SQL

- Experience performing data modeling and ETL processes

- Data Orchestration Platforms

- Customer Data Schema Design

- Knowledge in API Integrations and Webhooks

- 2+ years of experience in Segment CDP

- Experience working in a Marketing environment

- Experience working with CRM

Nice to Have:

- Braze experience or any other marketing tool

- Hands-on experience working with Snowflake
