## Description

This role is not for those who want to sit at a desk all day. As a Sales Activator, you will be part of our team, working independently in field sales/merchandising for 5 days a week. You will be in contact with customers from retail, petrol stations, and gaming areas, bringing our brand directly to them.

Your tasks will include:

- Presenting the Red Bull brand in outlets using the Perfect Store concept

- Ensuring sufficient stock levels and distribution at all points of sale

- Managing existing customers professionally and acquiring new ones

- Supporting field sales managers with promotional activities and agreements

Requirements:

- Completed education/training

- Fluent German language skills

- Basic knowledge of commercial topics

- Experience in the German FMCG landscape is beneficial but not required

- Valid driver's license (Class B)

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to travel 70-80%
