We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury in London.

As a Beauty Expert, you will be the heart of our store, responsible for empowering customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves.

Responsibilities:

- Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs

- Build solid relationships with team members and management

- Champion the art of world-class artistry and customer experience

- Adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities

- Follow company grooming standards

Requirements:

- Ideally, an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy

- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment

- Aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the industry

- Experience in applying makeup and adapting style to different customers
