## Description

Diageo is looking for a Route to Market Customer Manager to work across all key Route to market customers within the Europe team. You will support the account managers with day-to-day performance management, build relationships with key indirect customers, and analyze promotional strategies.

**Responsibilities:**

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key indirect route to market customers

- Manage internal and external performance reporting across the portfolio

- Analyze promotional strategies and derive insights from data

- Partner with Customer Marketing to deliver activation plans

- Lead the innovation/NPD agenda

- Lead the delivery of cash performance objectives

- Support the Head of RTM and RTM Account Management with pricing amendments, forecasting, and order tracking

**Requirements:**

- Exceptional analytical skills

- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

- Good commercial understanding and P&L literacy

- Ability to interact and influence at multiple levels

- Deep understanding of and passion for consumers, shoppers, and categories

- Highly positive thinker, able to create new possibilities and manage through ambiguity
