## Description

We are seeking a Principal Brand Designer to define the brand design system for Ramp. You will turn our strategy into design, lead important brand projects, and help the team produce high-quality work.

**Responsibilities:**

- Set creative direction, turning business goals and audience insights into clear brand ideas.

- Lead company-defining projects from concept to completion.

- Establish the bar for quality and taste in brand design.

- Build and evolve the brand system over time.

- Connect brand and product design to ensure coherence.

- Mentor others and develop a culture of collaboration and creativity.

- Communicate effectively with partners to drive alignment.

**Requirements:**

- Deep portfolio of brand identities, marketing campaigns, and digital applications.

- Excellent design fundamentals and ability to carry ideas through to completion.

- Experience leading complex projects and making good decisions under uncertainty.

- Ability to connect creative choices to audience, product, and business needs.

- Record of helping other designers improve and working well across disciplines.
