## Description

The Starting Hourly Rate is $17.75 USD per hour, with a Pay Range of $17.75 USD - $26.65 USD per hour.

As a Small Format Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional guest experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Delivering excellent guest service, customizing each experience and anticipating guest needs

- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, processing deliveries, and operating equipment

- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude

- Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Working in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests

- Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor

- Executing adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments

- Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately for all departments

- Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy

- Supporting execution of major transitions

- Maintaining interior and exterior brand standards, including emptying garbage cans and attending to restroom cleanliness

- Accurately executing all Fills, including filling the floor, liability fills, and guest requests

- Processing all inbound deliveries using the receive application to ensure inventory accuracy

- Completing all backroom weekly audits

- Operating power equipment only if certified

- Maintaining backroom organization and location accuracy and following equipment guidelines

- Following processes accurately with attention to detail, monitoring own progress, and prioritizing tasks

- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

- Working in a safe manner at all times, complying with all safety policies, best practices, and training, and reporting hazards and correcting where possible

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed
