## Description

We are seeking a CAD-/CAM Programmer to join the Audi Revolut F1 Team at our facility in Hinwil, Switzerland.

As a CAD-/CAM Programmer, you will be responsible for programming complex components using hyperMILL CAM software, setting up and proving out complex milled components, post-processing 3D-printed parts, and working on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers with Heidenhain TNC640 controls.

Key responsibilities:

- Programming complex components using hyperMILL CAM software

- Setting up and proving out complex milled components, applying and optimizing modifications

- Post-processing 3D-printed parts

- Working on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers with Heidenhain TNC640 controls

- Loading and prioritizing prototype, single, and small-batch parts using the latest robot technology

- Ensuring accuracy of parts and the entire process, from material ordering to final inspection of workpieces

- Working occasional weekend shifts

Requirements:

- Successfully completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic EFZ

- Several years of experience with 5-axis machines

- Several years of CAM experience (hyperMILL is an advantage)

- Good knowledge of Heidenhain controls (is an advantage)

- Enthusiasm for high-tech materials

- Careful and highly independent way of working

- Strong team skills and flexibility

- Willingness to work outside of standard working hours

- Good language skills in German and English
