## Description

We are seeking a skilled Consolidation Accountant to join our team at Ubisoft's international headquarters in Carentoir, Brittany.

As a Consolidation Accountant, you will play a key role in producing and analysing the group's consolidated financial statements.

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to and lead the preparation and review of monthly consolidated financial statements

- Ensure preliminary work is completed, including setting up and monitoring procedures, determining the scope of consolidation, and applying new accounting standards

- Audit and verify monthly reports from subsidiaries

- Participate in documenting analyses, controls, and improving existing tools and procedures

- Engage in operational transformation projects

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in auditing or financial management

- Strong understanding of consolidation rules and IFRS standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to convey complex ideas simply and diplomatically

- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken

- Familiarity with IT tools and projects is desirable
