## Description

We are seeking an AI Workflow Designer to lead the design and standardization of enterprise-grade AI-driven workflows, enabling scalable, reusable, and intelligent business process transformation.

Responsibilities:

- Define Enterprise AI Workflow Standards: Establish and govern enterprise-wide standards, design principles, and best practices for AI-enabled workflows.

- Design Scalable Multi-Agent Ecosystems: Architect and implement intelligent, multi-agent workflow ecosystems.

- Establish Workflow Design Playbooks and Frameworks: Develop reusable playbooks, frameworks, and reference architectures.

- Drive Platformisation and Reuse Across CoE: Promote modular design, asset reuse, and platform-based development approaches.

- Lead Innovation in Agentic Workflows: Explore and implement emerging technologies and approaches in agentic AI.

- Mentor and Build Capability Across Teams: Coach and enable cross-functional teams on AI workflow design.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or closely related quantitative discipline.

- Strong exposure in high tech supply chain.

- Typically, 10-15 years' experience.

Skills:

- Strong Supply chain experience.

- Solid understanding of fundamental AI and machine learning concepts.

- Proficient in implementing and deploying various AI project and drive the process change.

- Solid understanding of all AI concepts & new technologies.

- Skilled in preparing and cleaning data for machine learning tasks.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.

- Familiarity with end to end Model life cycle management.

- Experience in leading research initiatives, publishing research papers, or contributing to open-source projects in AI.

- Experience in guiding and mentoring other engineers.

- Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels.
