## Description

We are seeking a litigation lawyer to join our team in Hannover, Münster, or Nürnberg. The role involves taking responsibility for process management from day one, working in a highly specialised litigation team handling complex cases.

**Job Summary:** As a litigation lawyer at Freshfields, you will work in a team that manages a wide range of challenging cases, from individual proceedings to structured mass claims. From day one, you will gain practical experience in process management and be part of a cross-location networked team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Independently manage civil court proceedings in first and second instance, supported by experienced colleagues

- Attend court hearings and communicate with courts, parties involved in the proceedings, and clients

- Work on strategic management of complex cases and implement them

- Analyse civil procedural issues and develop solutions for individual cases

**Requirements:**

- Completed law studies with average success

- Interest in conflict resolution

- Strong communication skills

- Careful and reliable working style
