## Description

GSK is seeking an experienced Medical Representative (Vaccine) to represent the company with healthcare professionals across Indonesia to improve patient care. The successful candidate will build trusted relationships, share clear scientific insight, and deliver territory plans that drive measurable impact.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Continuously build knowledge of GSK multi-channel brand strategies and leverage that knowledge with customers to inform prescribing behaviours

- Understand GSK and competitor brands' features and benefits and apply knowledge effectively in their PFSS and multi-channel selling approach

- Use multiple data sources to analyse and review territory performance dynamics, identifying territory trends and opportunities for GSK

- Build territory insights that capture opportunities and drive decision making, including the selection and prioritization of customer targets and the development of robust territory coverage call plans

- Develop multi-channel business plans with strategically aligned ASMART objectives, strategies, and tactical activities that deliver business objectives

- Effectively engage with customers through a PFSS selling approach or multi-channel selling approach and be proficient in using appropriate multi-channel selling platforms aligned to customer preferences

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree, preferably within life sciences, with good technical and professional knowledge

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the same position in the pharmaceutical industry

- Good communication and selling skills

- Scientific knowledge and patient-focused approach

- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and teamwork (business partnership)
