## Description

Vattenfall is looking for a Lead Veiligheidskundige Operatie & Assetbeheer to ensure safety is an integral part of daily operations.

As a Lead Veiligheidskundige Operatie & Assetbeheer, you will be the H&S partner for Plant Management, Operations, Maintenance, and Asset Management.

Your responsibilities:

- Coach and advise on operational risk assessments, permits, and critical controls

- Verify safety measures in the field

- Lead or support incident reporting and investigation

- Provide H&S expertise in operational reviews and maintenance preparation

- Coach and train teams to continuously improve

Requirements:

- Relevant H&S qualification and/or degree in safety science or similar

- Experience in process safety, critical controls, and asset integrity

- Strong communication and persuasion skills

- Knowledge of Dutch legislation and ISO 45001

- Salary between €4862 and €6077 gross per month
