## Description

We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bilbao, responsible for implementing marketing strategies and building brand image in the local market.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) to develop and execute marketing programs, drive consumer trial, and support the activation of global and national initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

- Implement the field strategy and define ideas and programs to build brand image and increase understanding of product functionality

- Develop and execute new ideas that are locally relevant, complementing global and national initiatives

- Create and support key events, scenes, and marketing opportunities in line with Red Bull brand values

- Act as a role model, displaying Red Bull values and motivating team members

- Hire, train, and lead a team of Student Marketeers

- Ensure the right Student Marketeer program setup to reach target groups

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Marketing, or Sales

- Experience working at events and marketing activations

- University degree (3 years minimum), ideally in Marketing

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

- Strong analytical, planning, budgetary, and project management competencies

- Leadership, motivation, and team skills

- Knowledge of the local student community and universities

- Self-confident, sporty, self-motivated, and interested in working with people
