## Description

At AIA, we're working towards creating a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone. We're seeking a Senior Specialist, Channel Business Development to join our marketing, distribution & partnership team.

**About the Role**

As a Senior Specialist, Channel Business Development, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Managing daily sales activities and monitoring channel operating costs to ensure compliance and efficient achievement of sales targets;

- Conducting routine bank liaison and support work, planning and implementing business promotion activities, and establishing shared platforms with banks to enhance business growth;

- Implementing business incentive schemes, guiding the sales team, managing activity volume, and resolving business issues promptly;

- Building team culture to increase cohesion and stability;

- Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

**Requirements**

- University degree or higher;

- 5+ years of work experience, with at least 3 years in management roles within foreign-invested commercial banks or large insurance companies;

- Familiarity with life insurance regulations and industry rules;

- Strong leadership and team management skills;

- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills;

- High logical thinking and innovation capabilities.
