## Description

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Fargo, ND. The successful candidate will plan, organise and deliver physical therapy programs to help clients recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and prevent deformities.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients affected by injury or disease

- Develop and implement therapeutic plans, modifying them as necessary

- Educate clients and their family members about treatment plans and self-exercises to be continued at home

- Utilise tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards

- Document client information for evaluation and establish therapeutic plans

Requirements:

- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure

- Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist

- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers required or within the first 60 days of employment
