Your role will involve:

- Creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience

- Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues

- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas

- Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Working with HR leaders to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs

- Leading focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates

- Supporting team member and leader training needs

- Being an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices

- Delivering on all Human Resources processes and programs

- Effective communication skills

- Ability to work with technology equipment, including handheld scanners and computers

- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes

- Capability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds

- Ability to work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements
