## Description

We are seeking a receptionist intern to join our team at an aparthotel located in the south-east of Brussels. The reception is open 24/7 and serves a mix of local and international business and leisure customers.

As an intern, you will work alongside our reception team to discover the various activities of the Front Office in an international aparthotel. Your responsibilities will include:

- Participating in customer welcome procedures and check-in/check-out processes

- Learning about reservation management and using the OPERA Cloud hotel software

- Responding to customer requests in person, by phone, and by email

- Contributing to customer satisfaction monitoring

- Discovering administrative and operational procedures at the reception desk

- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams

- Enhancing the quality of the customer experience

Requirements:

- Currently studying in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or a related field

- Good presentation, welcoming attitude, and customer focus

- Motivated, punctual, serious, and eager to learn

- Strong French and English language skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software

- No prior experience in reception is required; motivation and curiosity are essential
