## Description

As a Student Marketeer, you will be part of the dynamic and strong brand and product ambassador programme of Red Bull. You will be responsible for developing and implementing brand image and product awareness in your campus and region.

The aim of the Red Bull Student Marketeers programme is to reach new consumers, touch university students' lives, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand on campuses. Therefore, the programme involves communicating with consumers and customers to make more people try Red Bull and experience unforgettable brand moments by working at Red Bull events.

Our Student Marketeers team consists of students who prefer flexible work schedules over working from 9 to 5 and who want to work in a creative work environment.

**Responsibilities**

- Represent the brand and product with the values and identity of Red Bull in daily interactions with consumers and customers.

- Increase consumer base and awareness of Red Bull by bringing the right products to the right places at the right time and answering customer inquiries efficiently.

- Develop and implement innovative plans for each campus to raise curiosity among students and make Red Bull a part of campus life.

- Meet and expand your network with important contacts in your region and campus.

- Create original content to share on social media to increase brand loyalty.

- Participate in Red Bull events and events supported by Red Bull to provide unforgettable brand experiences to consumers.

- **Making a mark with perfect applications**

- Take care of every detail of the job and improve the applications.

- Share ideas and collaborate with the team regularly through face-to-face and online meetings.

- Plan and report your work on your personal platform in a timely and complete manner.

- Follow up on important information, trends, and opportunities related to your region and contribute to the development of Red Bull's media focus.

- **Become a sales expert**

- Establish good relationships with sales managers in your region to ensure Red Bull's presence and visibility in sales points.

- Collaborate with the sales team to increase the number of Red Bull sales points in your campus and region.

- Ensure that Red Bull becomes the first product that comes to mind in sales points using the values of Red Bull World.

- Implement the desired standards for Red Bull sales points perfectly.

You will have the opportunity to travel 30-40% of the time.
