## Description

As a Technical Design Team Leader at HM Land Registry, you will play a crucial role in building trusted relationships between the Service Delivery technical training team and the Organisation and Employee Development (OED) team. You will lead a team responsible for designing, developing, and assuring high-quality technical digital learning products for the Academy.

Your main duties will include:

- Leading, managing, and developing a team to design, develop, and assure high-quality technical digital learning products

- Developing strong working relationships with OED to align Service Delivery technical training with organisational learning strategy and priorities

- Maintaining and assuring standards for technical learning design across Academy products

- Designing, developing, and maintaining engaging digital learning content

- Managing the end-to-end technical learning design and development process

- Leading team performance, monitoring progress, and removing blockers

You will need to apply instructional design principles, learning theory, and user-centred design approaches to create technical learning that supports knowledge retention, behaviour change, professional capability, and improved performance.

The salary for this role is GBP 47,084 per year.

Alongside your salary, HM Land Registry contributes GBP 13,640 towards you being a member of the Civil Service Defined Benefit Pension scheme.

The required skills for this role include:

- Experience of using digital learning software, e-learning authoring tools, or learning content platforms

- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles

- Ability to coach others in the effective use of digital learning software and design approaches
