## Job Overview

As an Integrated Marketing Manager at Carta, you will play a key role in building the company's brand and pipeline across the UK and Europe. Carta is a leading platform for private capital, providing a single system of record for equity management, fund administration, and transaction management.

## Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to build Carta's brand with PE firms, VC firms, and founders across the UK and Europe

- Plan campaigns with measurable targets, focusing on generating qualified pipeline and tracking campaign effectiveness

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, brand, events, web, product, and sales to ensure consistent messaging and goals

- Conduct market research to understand the concerns and needs of various audiences, including PE fund finance leads, VC partners, and founders

- Manage campaigns from concept to post-mortem analysis, adjusting strategies based on performance data

## Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in strategic marketing, with a proven track record of tying campaigns to pipeline and commercial results

- Demonstrated ability to manage audience segments, create end-to-end brand experiences, and localize messaging for regional audiences

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

- Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and forward-thinking approach to technology

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
