## Description

As a Medical Representative, your goal is to effectively manage your assigned territory, promoting respiratory portfolio products with balanced information on efficacy and safety to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Implement commercial strategies, ensuring compliance with KPIs and internal GSK policies

- Execute visits and promotional activities to doctors, institutions, pharmacies, and dispensaries, optimizing resources to boost territorial growth

- Ensure proper management of medical sample inventory, complying with regulatory and quality guidelines

- Meet productivity indicators, such as coverage, frequency, total interactions, and data quality in Veeva

- Develop and update the territorial plan, identifying business opportunities and building critical patient pathways in key institutions

- Actively participate in quality and EHS activities, complying with training, audits, promotion policies, pharmacovigilance, and safety standards

**Required Qualifications:**

- University degree

- More than 3 years of experience in commercial areas or at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry as a medical representative for high-cost products

- Solid knowledge of the institutional sector

- Influence, negotiation, and results-oriented skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM tools

- Availability to travel within the assigned territory

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience working with biological respiratory products

- Knowledge of Veeva CRM or similar platforms

- Experience working with medical audiences such as pulmonology, internal medicine, allergology, or family medicine

- Demonstrated ability to map accounts, manage patient pathways, and work under demanding objectives
