As a Strategic Account Executive (SAE) for the Federal Employee Program (FEP) Specialty Pharmacy Program, you will serve as the senior level liaison with FEP for their Specialty Pharmacy Program line of business. This is an excellent opportunity to interface with Executive Leadership both internally and externally. As a seasoned healthcare professional, you will use your years of expertise to grow the business through retention and by offering cost saving solutions to existing clients.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategic account team, including account management and operations, as the quarterback and have full ownership for client satisfaction and service delivery.

- Develop and deliver regular reporting to clients on their drug trend and financial performance and facilitate the identification of client cost-saving opportunities.

- Offer cost saving solutions by utilizing consultative selling skills while recommending CVS Caremark solutions to meet key client needs.

- Formulate responses to program-related questions through collaboration with primary internal partners and Specialty Pharmacy Program subject matter experts.

- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and create a collaborative environment of trust in the support that CVS Caremark provides related to the Specialty Pharmacy Program line of business.

- Apply consultative skills to translate program requirements into impacts on plan administration, member experience, and specialty pharmacy performance.

Your success as a Strategic Account Executive - FEP Specialty Pharmacy Program will be driven by your ability to retain your assigned book of business and achieve above-average client satisfaction scores. You will function as a leader for the account team, and your ability to influence others to deliver results for your client will also be a key factor in your success.

This position has the ability to work remotely within major metropolitan areas or in a Corporate Hub. You must have the ability to travel up to 40 percent of the time.

**Required Qualifications**

- 7 + years of client-facing experience

- 1 + years of specialty pharmacy experience

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills

- Adept at collaboration and teamwork

- Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

- Strategic Planning Professional (CSPP) preferred.

**Education**

- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification/equivalent experience

**Pay Range**

- $75,400.00 - $165,954.00
