As a Customer Service Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a strong focus on safety and security, and ensuring the site is presented to the highest standard to support a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Serve customers efficiently and create memorable experiences

- Deliver the standard of service and retailing excellence that our customers have come to expect

- Maintain store presentation and create a clean, welcoming environment

- Handle cash transactions

- Authorise fuel pumps

- Perform stock filling and rotation

- Conduct general housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning toilets, shelves, and floors

- Understand and comply with Ampol's policies and procedures

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for customer service, takes pride in their work, can multi-task and work unsupervised, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
