## Description

We are seeking a Sourcing Project Manager to oversee complex procurement projects and manage supplier interfaces.

Responsibilities:

- Key position in extensive and complex technology projects with responsibility for procurement projects and supplier interface

- Monitoring and coordination of supplier selection in complex procurement procedures

- Independent, structured management of complex procurement projects and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

- Synchronization of supplier development and manufacturing processes with our own product development process

- Organization and operational implementation of internal and external stakeholder management, as well as agreement on methods and tools for supplier collaboration

- Technical responsibility for cross-functional teams with development, quality, logistics, and commercial purchasing

Requirements:

- Successful university degree in a technical field

- Long-term professional experience, particularly in purchasing and product development; extensive project management knowledge, preferably in complex procurement projects and supplier collaboration

- Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking

- Structured and methodical way of working; continuous process improvement; teamwork; communication skills; persuasiveness; assertiveness

- Complex procurement project management; supplier management; cross-functional stakeholder management

- Willingness to travel short distances
