Are you looking to take on a new challenge as a team lead and manage a team of motivated delivery drivers? At Coolblue, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 10-12 drivers, conducting regular employee reviews, and ensuring seamless operational processes.

As a Quereinsteiger mit Führungserfahrung (m/w/d), you'll be part of our newest cross-docking depot expansion in Germany. Your goal will be to make as many customers smile as possible with their orders and our excellent service.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular employee reviews, including development and feedback discussions, as well as occasional termination and dismissal conversations

- Lead your own team of 10-12 drivers, guiding and developing them in their daily tasks

- Manage the distribution of employees among delivery vans and routes

- Ensure smooth operational processes

- Collaborate with other team leaders and the depot manager to continuously improve processes

- Play a key role in selecting new team members

Requirements:

- Completed vocational training or university degree

- Initial leadership experience

- Experience in conducting employee reviews on topics such as performance assessment, termination, and development

- Ability to work and lead based on KPIs and processes improved through analysis

- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

- Charisma and clear communication skills
