## Description

ABM UK is seeking a diligent and motivated Cleaning Operative to join their growing team in Belfast. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene to the highest standards in various client locations.

**Role Overview** As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for performing general cleaning duties, ensuring safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.

- Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas, restocking consumables as necessary.

- Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycle materials where appropriate.

- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any damages or supply needs.

- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

- Communicate effectively with site management and team members.

**Requirements**

- Willing to work flexible hours.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Ability to pass security requirements/vetting.

- Eligibility to work in Ireland/UK.

- Good written and spoken English.

**Desired Qualifications**

- School leaving standard qualifications in Maths and English.

- Full clean driving licence.

**Desired Experience**

- Experience within the relevant industry or a similar environment.

- Time spent in a customer service environment.

- Experience working within a results-orientated environment.
