## Description

The Strategy Advancement Advisor provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. This role involves providing business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large. The Strategy Advancement Advisor works on problems of diverse scope and complexity, ranging from moderate to substantial.

The Strategy Advancement Advisor leads initiatives to analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources. They bring expertise or identify subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce recommendations and plans based on company and external data analysis. The role ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision and selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function. The Strategy Advancement Advisor advises executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance and exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues.

**Required Qualifications**

- A Bachelor's degree

- 5+ years of strategy, pharmacy, or healthcare experience

- 2 or more years of project leadership experience

- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Prior healthcare experience

- Prior experience in pharmacy benefit management, mail-order, retail, or specialty pharmacy

**Work at Home Requirements**

- Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps

**Pay Range**: $115,200 - $158,400 per year
