## Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - VP to design, develop, and improve software for our digital asset platform. You will be responsible for integrating technical leadership and delivering enterprise and external system integrations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements and devise solution strategies.

- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.

- Stay informed about industry technology trends and innovations.

- Adhere to secure coding practices and implement effective unit testing practices.

**Vice President Expectations:**

- Contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change.

- Manage and mitigate risks through assessment and advise key stakeholders.

- Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls.

- Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought and adopt outcomes of extensive research.

**Requirements:**

- Strong experience leading full-stack engineering delivery with hands-on expertise in Java-based microservices, APIs, and modern application architectures.

- Deep knowledge of DLT platforms and blockchain architecture concepts.

- Proven experience in developing and deploying smart contracts with a strong focus on security and lifecycle management.

- Experience building end-to-end digital asset/tokenisation platforms.

**Nice to Have:**

- Knowledge of payment systems, payments processing, and digital assets.

- Understanding of common design patterns, software engineering fundamentals, and best practices.
