## Description

Join Zscaler as an Account Executive, Commercial (West) in Ôsaka, Japan. You will be part of the APJ Field Sales team and report directly to the Regional Director.

Your role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders, designing long-term account strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to reflect customer needs.

Responsibilities:

- Build trust with senior executives and key decision-makers

- Develop account plans that align with customer goals

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver customer solutions

- Understand customer businesses and propose Zscaler solutions

Requirements:

- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in software or security industry

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- Strategic sales experience with corporate customers and executive-level selling

- Business-level Japanese language skills

- Basic understanding of AI/ML technology and experience with AI-powered solutions

Nice to Have:

- Established network with existing customers and prospects

- Deep understanding of customer objectives and digital transformation

- Experience with strategic sales planning and new customer acquisition
