## Description

We seek an experienced hardware engineer to work in a fast-paced environment leading the development of next-generation routing and switching platforms.

**Responsibilities:**

- Ownership of all technical deliverables of next-gen networking products

- Ownership of all technical documents of the product

- Review of schematics, BoM, placement, routing, lab results, compliance test results, and all technical documents

- Design specification, implementation, PCB Gerber and BoM release, bring-up, and testing

- Perform DVT, fault analysis, and new part qualification

- Work with a cross-functional team and external vendors/suppliers

- Logic design with CPLDs and FPGAs

- Product sustaining support

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor/Master's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering from a recognized university

- Ability to take complete ownership of product platform from concept to production

- Proficiency in high-speed board design, bring-up, and debugging

- Experience with DDR-4/DDR-5/PCIe/SPI/XGMII/XFI/XAUI buses

- Detailed knowledge of systems design consideration from software, PCB, mechanical, thermal, power conversion, DFM, DFA, cost sensitivity

- Desired experience and working knowledge of EMI, EMC, Safety, and Environmental regulatory compliance of telecom systems

- Experience in CPLD and FPGA design/verification

- Good documentation skills

- Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills
