## Description

The Program Management & Transformation Office (PMTO) team drives the velocity required to stay ahead, focusing on improving user engagement experience across driver & delivery partners, merchants, consumers, and agentic commerce.

As the Regional Head of PMTO Strategy, you will report to the Head of Loyalty & PMTO and sit at the intersection of strategy planning, program execution, and innovation. You will be both a Strategist and a Technologist, defining the focus, identifying problems worth solving, and anticipating opportunities and developments.

Key responsibilities include:

- Defining and anchoring problems with clear hypotheses anchored on data and insights

- Driving prioritization and assigning teams to problems

- Establishing leadership and integration across multiple teams

- Overseeing transformation projects and designing strong organization structures

- Coaching and mentoring other people managers

Essential skills required include:

- Global Optima Problem Solving

- Accomplished strategist with at least 12 years of experience

- Established leader with at least 7 years of direct people management experience

- Strategic Vision & Masterful Integration

- Executive-Level Stakeholder Management

- Tech / AI Fluency
