## Description

As a Machine Operative at Morrisons, you will work within the production team to maintain and run the production lines, ensuring quality products are produced for customers in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment.

You will run the production line, conduct system set-ups and calibration to ensure orders are met and compliant, and aim to maximise overall equipment effectiveness to reduce waste, downtime, and giveaway.

The role involves working various shifts, including 6am - 6pm or 6am - 2pm, or 2pm - 10pm, with some weekend working.

**Responsibilities**

- Run the production line

- Conduct system set-ups and calibration

- Maximise overall equipment effectiveness

- Work in a fast-paced environment

- Maintain concentration throughout shifts

- Work well as part of a team

**Requirements**

- Previous experience in a production environment with machinery (ideally)

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Physical activity and teamwork required

- Concentration throughout repetitive tasks

- Open to working in varying temperatures
