## Description

In Strategy & Consulting, you will partner with C-suite executives, leaders and boards of leading organisations to drive growth, enhance competitiveness and implement operational improvements.

You will:

- Partner with industry-leading clients on their top priority transformation agenda

- Co-create solutions to complex challenges and translate them into workable plans and implementation roadmaps

- Understand and define inputs required to create business cases and cost estimates

- Mobilize teams and set up delivery structures to succeed

- Support global and market level sales and drive adoption of modern tech solutions

- Articulate compelling business and technology visions with industry and functional expertise

- Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities

- Drive strategic opportunities through innovative business and technology solutions

- Lead creation of thought leadership assets

We expect you to have:

- 8+ years of professional experience in consulting and/or banking and capital markets

- Experience in transformation/change functions in retail banks, IB, wholesale banks, private banks

- Minimum 8 years of experience delivering complex transformation programs

- Leading workshops with business and technology stakeholders

- Working with Accenture Client Account Leads

- Customer-facing skills for driving discussions with senior stakeholders

- Commercial mindset for providing best value for money

- Ability to think strategically about business, delivery and client challenges

- Demonstrated adaptability to new technologies and quick learning
