## Description

Join Ford of Mexico's Enterprise Product Systems & Engineering team at the Global Technology and Business Center (GTBC) to lead the modernization of mission-critical automotive service documentation and diagnostics platforms.

As a Software Engineer (C# + GCP), you will architect and deliver high-performance cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), modernizing legacy .NET architectures into scalable Java and React applications.

Responsibilities:

- Architect, build, and deploy full-stack cloud applications utilizing Java, React, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Run.

- Lead the migration and modernization of legacy ASP.NET/C# backends and SQL Server databases into modern, cloud-native services.

- Design, configure, and maintain robust CI/CD automation pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions, API security tooling, and automated testing suites.

- Author comprehensive unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure top-tier code coverage, reliability, and security compliance.

- Partner cross-functionally with product managers, business stakeholders, and global engineering squads to translate complex business requirements into user-friendly software solutions.

- Champion Agile engineering best practices within a bi-weekly sprint cycle.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

- Typically 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.

- Proficiency in modern Java development and Google Cloud Platform services.

- Strong working knowledge of modern front-end frameworks, RESTful API design, and Git-based workflows.

- Demonstrated experience implementing automated CI/CD pipelines and operating effectively within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.

- Professional working proficiency in English.
