## Description

We're seeking a Business Applications Analyst to support Pleo's Customer Experience and Customer Success teams. As the go-to systems partner, you'll administer and support tools such as Vitally, Hubspot, Freshdesk, Freshchat, Freshcaller, Circle, and Rocketlane.

Responsibilities:

- Run the CX and CS stack

- Partner with the business to gather requirements and understand use cases

- Configure and fix issues with tools and workflows

- Document changes and write functional specifications

- Test and validate changes before deployment

- Manage vendor relationships and raise support tickets

- Enable teams through training and documentation

Requirements:

- 3-5 years in business applications, systems administration, or a CX/CS operations role

- Hands-on admin experience with support or customer success platforms

- Working knowledge of support and customer success teams, including ticket lifecycles and SLAs

- Comfort with data analysis and reporting

- Clear written and spoken English

Nice to Have:

- Experience with CRM integrations or data flows

- Exposure to AI agents or automation in support

- Relevant certifications in HubSpot, Freshworks, or a CS platform

- Experience in a SaaS or fintech company
