## Cleaning Operative

We are seeking diligent and motivated Cleaning Operatives to join our growing team.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.

- Clean and sanitise restrooms and kitchen areas, restocking consumables as necessary.

- Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycle materials where appropriate.

- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any damages or supply needs.

- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

- Communicate effectively with the site management and team members.

### Requirements:

- Previous cleaning experience desirable but not mandatory; comprehensive training provided.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good attention to detail and time management skills.

- Willingness to work flexible hours including possible early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

- Reliable, trustworthy, and motivated with a strong work ethic.

- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleaning chemicals is an advantage.
