## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Trainee to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and learning the ins and outs of the business.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop your sales and business acumen skills

- Support Account Sales Managers (ASMs) and District Sales Managers (DSMs) in daily activities

- Develop relationships with customers to increase sales and grow the Red Bull brand

- Execute daily plans, including obtaining necessary tools and insights to drive sales

- Meet daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising

- Collaborate with the team on audits, blitzes, display builds, and merchandising to drive sales growth

Requirements:

- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years of age

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage
