## Description

The Distributor Partner Specialist - Impulse role ensures effective execution of Red Bull Distribution and Trade Marketing targets through management of Distribution Partners in an assigned region.

Responsibilities:

- Support the business planning process with the Line Manager and Distribution Partner (DP)

- Develop and implement the Trade Marketing Calendar and Commercial Annex

- Track and report key performance indicators related to trade marketing

- Build strong relationships with departments within the DP

- Ensure DP implementation of Perfect Store standards

- Coach and work with DP Sales Force for executional excellence

- Provide data for Red Bull internal reporting processes

Key Results and Deliverables:

- Implement DPS Routines as per agreed calendar

- Implement a comprehensive Trade Marketing Calendar and Commercial Annex

- Support achievement of Business Plan objectives and KPIs

- Ensure effective execution and evaluation of trade marketing and consumer promotions

- Deliver on agreed individual targets and assignments

Requirements:

- University degree

- Proven operational achiever with strong business acumen

- Excellent influencer with negotiation skills

- Highly numerate and analytical

- Clear ability to implement successful trade marketing plans

- Excellent communication and training skills

- Experience with basic administrative programs (Windows, Internet Browsers, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

- In-depth knowledge of trade and competitive environment

- Fluency in English

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the consumer goods industry (beverage preferred)

- Knowledge of the open market/off-trade business environment in Lagos
