## Description

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in North-East Italy, covering Triveneto, Emilia-Romagna, and Marche regions.

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building the local presence of Red Bull in your region, aligning with global and national strategies. You will create and implement marketing initiatives across four key pillars: Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture, and Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing plans to engage local consumers and promote the Red Bull brand

- Build strong relationships with opinion leaders, influencers, and local networks

- Manage regional budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities

- Source, hire, train, and manage Field Marketing Specialists and Student Marketeers

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing

Requirements:

- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in sports, events, or culture marketing

- Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills

- Proven experience in people management and budget negotiation

- Excellent communication and networking skills

- Understanding of consumer trends and insights, particularly in youth culture and university life

- Creative marketer with a focus on brand understanding and innovation
