## Description

As a member of the Strategic Bid team, this person will play a key role in developing and evolving WSP’s AI-enabled work winning capability. Reporting to the Director, Bid Transformation, they will be responsible for designing, building and continuously improving AI agents, tools and data-enabled solutions that support how WSP identifies, qualifies, pursues, develops, reviews and learns from bids.

The AI Agent & Data Lead will work across bid management, knowledge management, data, digital delivery and business change to create practical solutions that improve productivity, quality, compliance, knowledge reuse and competitive advantage. The role will use Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and related technologies to create a portfolio of AI agents that support the work winning lifecycle.

In addition to building AI-enabled tools, the role will support the development of the work winning data foundation that enables agents to be grounded in trusted, current and reusable knowledge. This will include supporting the evolution of the Bid Knowledge Library into an AI-ready knowledge asset and creating feedback loops so that lessons from pursuits, reviews and bid outcomes are captured, structured and reused.

This is not a traditional software development role. It requires a blend of business process improvement, AI agent development, prompt engineering, knowledge management, data literacy, stakeholder engagement and change adoption.

- Help structure information relating to opportunities, clients, sectors, pursuits, bid reviews, outcomes, lessons learned, SMEs, differentiators and reusable evidence.

- Develop and maintain prompt libraries, agent templates, skills, workflows and guidance materials.

- Create feedback loops between users, agents, knowledge assets and bid outcomes.

- Analyse agent usage, user feedback and bid performance data to identify improvement opportunities.

- Support governance, testing, assurance and responsible use of AI across work winning.

- Translate business requirements into agent designs, process improvements and implementation plans.

- Train and support colleagues in the effective, responsible and confident use of AI-enabled work winning tools.
